5MPH SPEED LIMITS: The speed limit in the park is 5MPH. Violators will be asked to leave the park without refund.

VEHICLE PARKING: All vehicles must park in their own space, no parking on the grass or in a vacant space. Overflow parking is available for your guests and extra vehicles. Any boat parked at your site must not create a hazard. 

RV WASHING: RV washing is allowed one time upon arrival for monthly stays only. Boats and vehicle washing must be done off site. Boat motor flushing must also be done off site.

PROHIBITED VEHICLES: Units older than 10 years must be approved by management. All units must be self-contained, and factory manufactured and approved by RVIA. No window units. No vehicle repairs allowed in the park. No tents or school bus conversions.

CUTTING THROUGH ADJACENT LOTS: Please respect your neighbors, do not walk or drive through any site whether vacant or occupied.

MAINTENANCE OF YOUR SITE: Help us keep Aransas Bay RV Resort clean and beautiful. It is your responsibility to keep your RV and site clean. Rugs and carpets are not allowed on the grass. Clotheslines are not allowed in the park. Please remove all lawn decorations from grass on mowing day. All site improvements must be approved by management. No fish cleaning in the park.

QUIET TIME: Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

CHECK-OUT TIME: Check-out time is 12 pm Noon. All extensions beyond your reserved time in the park must be pre-approved. There is likely someone already coming in for your site.

REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES: There are no refunds for unused stays.

PROPANE: Propane is delivered, simply place your bottle next to the street in your drive. Check with the office for deliveries day.

PETS: No breeds deemed agrresive, check with the office for breed restrictions. All pets must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet. Pets must be kept under control at all times and not left outside unattended. Per Aransas Pass leash law, pets are not allowed at large unless in a designated off leash area. Pets are not permitted in any buildings. Shot records must be present. Aransas Bay RV Resort assumes no liability, implied or otherwise for animal bites or injury. Please pick up all pet droppings immediately. All violators will be asked to leave the park without refund.

NO SMOKING IN ANY PARK BUILDINGS.

RENTAL PAYMENTS: Rent is due on anniversary date. A late fee of $35.00 will be charged for rent 3 days past due. All monthly reservations require a $100 deposit. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to call PRIOR to the 1st day of each month, to verify the amount due for the month.

CANCELLATIONS: Daily and Weekly reservations require a 72 hour notice. Monthly reservations require a 60 day notice. Cancellations made under the time frame above are subject to forfeit their deposit for monthly stays. Daily and weekly will incur a fee equal to a one night charge plus a $15 cancellation fee.

DISTURBANCE: If there is a disturbance at your site and the police are called, you will be asked to leave the park without refund.

PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY: All children under the age of 18 must have adult supervision at all times.

CHARCOAL/BBQ GRILLS: Please do not place grills on the picnic tables. Please do not empty ashes on the ground. NO open fires or ground fires are allowed.

CLEANING OF PARK BUILDINGS: Park cleaners are NOT responsible for cleaning up hazardous waste such as blood, vomit, feces, urine, or other bodily fluids. Please clean up any accidents that occur in park buildings prior to leaving the building. Syringes MUST be disposed of inside your RV.
